School started today

Our family now has a second grader and a kindergartner. Weston Elementary is within walking distance of our home. The kids have been so excited for school to start. Cameron woke up yesterday and wished the day away all day. We met Miss Chavez, Sarah Brooke's teacher, yesterday. She seems like a really sweet lady. She has taught for 8 yrs. The last 4 yrs have been at Weston. She is getting married in Nov.
The night before Sarah Brooke's big day. She woke me up in the middle of the night wondering how we were going to know when to get up and get ready. I assured her that we had set the alarm. She is our sleepy head so it never occured to me that she always wakes up after the house is a buzz and wouldn't know that we use the alarm. She came back in later with her tummy hurting and feeling like she was going to throw up. I think it was just nervous excitement.

This morning all ready to go!

Grandpa says those are the most beautiful kids we have seen start to school this year and are so proud of them.

To Ronda if you see this. I couldn't respond on yours. Thanks to Martha for letting me know about your blog. I enjoyed catching up on some of your news.

Cute post...and cute pics of your little ones! That was so cute that your little one was worried that y'all might not wake up on time! =D

Love, Heather =)

Beautiful kids! Looks like Sarah Brooke ended up with morning kindergarten. I thought about calling you last night, but then got distracted and then it was too late. I'm glad it went well. Happy School Days!

Adorable Kids. I didn't get any calls for Mom-mop up duties, so I am assuming all went well. Enjoy school Cameron & Sarah Brooke. Happy days ahead for all....bft

I could really feel the Lord's help today. However he didn't provide any energy so I have not gotten anything done :)

As a former Weston Wildcat myself, I say "good luck" and "God bless" to Cameron and Sarah Brooke.
