Take a look with me...

This is my parents back yard in Kansas. This looks so inviting and serene don't you think? Can you feel the breeze?
I love this view over the newly painted picket fence into the back yard. You may need to click on the picture to enlarge and see the details on the back fence. Very nostalgic feeling or am I just homesick. Check out the bird feeder and bath, an ol' wash tub, wagon wheel.

It IS a lovely, serene picture and yes, I can almost feel the breeze! Love the white, picket fence! I'm thinking that you are a bit homesick, though! Might be time for a trip home????(smile) Hope that you are having a great Monday...

It makes me feel like home at my Mom and Dad's in Royal Oak, Michigan when I was a kid. There is nothing like home. I agree with Ronda - I think it is time for you to take a trip home. See you tomorrow...bette

I love the laundry on the line! I'm begging for a clothesline in my new backyard. Don't know if I'm going to get it, though. The consensus around here seems to be that I have a perfectly good dryer, why do I need a clothesline??

You definitely need a trip home! Is this the house your parents lived in when you were still at home?

Oh, I just love the line with clothes rippling in the breeze!

Jamie, they moved to this house after I was married but they have been there long enough now to feel like it is home for me.
